PeekDesk enables support agents to see and interact with a customer's browser in real time — no downloads, no plugins, no screen sharing software required. The customer simply clicks a widget button on your website and shares a 6-digit PIN with the agent.

## Architecture

- **Server**: Node.js + Express + Socket.io relay server
- **Recording**: rrweb for DOM snapshot and incremental recording
- **Widget**: Embeddable IIFE with Shadow DOM isolation
- **Transport**: WebSocket with polling fallback
- **Auth**: JWT tokens, API keys, domain whitelisting
